Wow! I think that episode grossed me out pretty much more than any other. There was an awful lot of cannibalism for an ep about droughts! Them’s the breaks, I guess.
A point on the condition where rain evaporating – I think that’s the case on Venus, where it’s super cloudy and moist, but the ground is bone dry. The glasshouse effect means it’s so warm that any rain that falls doesn’t make it to the ground.
